Mitigation Measures

It now (2013) looks probable that many of the consequences of climate change are occuring already and will increase before any action can take effect. Even if these were not induced by human activity measures are needed to enable the world's population to survive. I will look for a good academic study to form a summary but until then will gather individual measures under headings as follows.

• Feeding the poor as traditional crops fail
• Reclaiming agricultural land with better practices 
• Preserving a remnant of human life if the atmosphere becomes uninhabitable
• Mitigation of ocean acidity increases 
• Improving forestation
